Conference Venue
The conference will take place in the Main Building of the University of Greifswald from 1750 in the historic center of Greifswald. The event will open in the historic “Aula” of the University of Greifswald and then continue in the “Konferenzraum”.
"Aula"
The beautiful former baroque reading room features double Ionic columns with painted marbling. The cherubs above on the balustrade are supposed to embody the four faculties (medicine, law, philosophy and theology). The bulbous carved vases with their grotesque faces on the handles probably once served as oversized candlesticks.
"Konferenzraum"
The “Konferenzraum” in the main building of the University of Greifswald is a modern conference venue equipped with state-of-the-art event technology.
